What is an ICP licence? Print this Article
An ICP License stands for "Internet Content Provider License", this is a permit that can be only issued by the Chinese PRC Ministry of Industry and Information.
Any website hosted inside of Mainland China needs to apply for this license and all hosting companies or CDNs in Mainland China are responsible for checking if their customers websites have a valid ICP license.
